Privacy Policy

The short version: CrewDex collects nothing, transmits nothing, and runs no servers. Everything stays on your phone.
Data storage
CrewDex stores all data, including contacts, tags, notes, and ratings, locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded, synced, or transmitted to us or to any third party. We operate no servers and collect no analytics.
Device contacts
With your permission, CrewDex reads your device contacts solely to copy names, phone numbers, email addresses, and photos you choose to import into your on-device crew directory. Your device address book is never modified. Granting this permission is optional, and contacts can be added manually instead.
Sharing
When you share a contact card, only that contact's name, role, location, phone, and email are included. Private fields, meaning star ratings, notes, and personal tags, are never included in shared output.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app deletes all of its data.
Changes to this policy
If CrewDex ever adds features that change how data is handled, this policy will be updated first and the change will be called out in the App Store release notes.
